How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your Split the Juice account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
- 1.In the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
- 2.By email: Send a deletion request to william.rudd@splitthejuice.online with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: Your profile, ride history, board listings, messages, buddy connections, session journal entries, and all associated personal data. Payment records may be retained by Stripe for legal compliance.
